I met a man once that worked the same job for 30 years, got paid the 1st and the 15 every month for 30 years, exact same amount in his paycheck, I asked him one day after he got off work if we could talk and he said sure after he checks to make sure that he gets paid because he has bills to pay.
For thirty years this man got 2 paychecks of the exact same amount every month. That is 720 paychecks, and with all that history and with all that proof, he still didn't have faith that he had been paid. If you can't trust something that has happened 720 times to happen 1 more time, then you don't have any real concept of what faith is.
Faith is believing without evidence, Complete trust; but if we struggle to believe with evidence then how in the world could we really wrap our minds around the concept of faith. When we feel pulled to due something but we don't because its to big a risk, then we get mad at life for the situations that surround us. When our intuition tells us something but it isn't logical so we refuse to acknowledge it then we get mad at the world and the situations around us, we want to blame people and the way other people are. Its not the way other people are it's the way you are.
I have never seen someone with true faith do anything but prosper. Stop pretending, its easier to be lukewarm then most of us think, and that is because most of us are lukewarm.
Bad things don't happen to you, things happen and you interpret them to be bad because YOU DON'T HAVE FAITH. Not saying there is no such thing as negative, but if you survived it then you need to have faith that things will work out and you can use it. If you struggle with happiness, then you need to check on your faith, if you aren't happy with where you are then you need to check on your faith. And if your not were you want to be in life, then you probably need to check on your faith, and start listening to that little voice and stop using your brain so much, none of us are that smart.
