It is interesting to think of how people limit themselves and thus starve their passions before they ever even give them a chance to warm their lives. I wrote another article here detailing and listing people that despite not having all of the "necessary" credentials, were driven by their passions to achieve extraordinary things. I also wrote another article here on developing a limit free philosophy that will be an excellent companion read to all of the passion discussions we have been having lately.
I truly believe we have all been put here to help other people and service a need in the world, finding out how you can best help other people is what makes life interesting. Once you figure out how you can best help other people, the fun part of life starts. That is when your calling becomes your vision and your vision becomes your passion. Another good article to read is here talking about vision and here talking about imagination. The beauty of all of this is that we all have multiple choices for getting to and fulfilling our purpose and passions. It is also important to remember like the article here, the key to life is learning; growth drives everything from the creation and fueling of your passions to the creation and fueling of your life. Remember that life is to short to hesitate, but long enough to have regrets as was so eloquently written about here.
Live in your passion, follow your passion, create a vision, live your life. Anything else would just be, uncivilized.
